What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies can also store or read information in your browser, for example local storage used for interface preferences.

Some cookies are temporary and disappear when the browser session ends. Others remain for a defined period or until you remove them.

Consent and control

When you visit LIA4ALL, Cookiebot asks which optional cookie categories you want to allow. Non-essential cookies should not be used before you have given consent.

You can reject optional cookies, allow selected categories or allow all categories. Cookiebot stores your choice and lets you change or withdraw consent through its privacy trigger.

Necessary cookies

These cookies make core features work, including secure sign-in, language settings and payments.

They are always active because LIA4ALL cannot provide those features without them. They are not used for optional analytics or advertising.

Authentication and security cookies: Clerk keeps you signed in, while Cloudflare helps protect sign-in from automated abuse. These cookies usually last for the browser session; one security cookie lasts 30 minutes. Cookie names include __session, __client, __client_uat, __cf_bm and _cfuvid.
Consent cookie: Cookiebot remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies for up to 12 months. The cookie is named CookieConsent.
Language cookie: LIA4ALL remembers whether you chose Swedish or English for up to 12 months. The cookie is named lia-lang.
Payment cookies: Stripe may set necessary cookies on its checkout and billing pages to process payments and prevent fraud.

Preference storage

Preference storage can remember choices you make, such as language, theme, region or interface settings. Your language choice is stored in a cookie so pages are shown in that language.

Statistics cookies

With your consent, LIA4ALL uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website so we can improve reliability and user experience.

Google Analytics is connected to Cookiebot and is not loaded until you allow statistics cookies. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may be used to measure campaigns or show relevant information across websites. LIA4ALL does not currently load marketing pixels.

If marketing tools are added later, they must be connected to Cookiebot and blocked until consent is given.

Cookies as personal data

Some cookies or identifiers can be personal data when they relate to an identifiable person, such as an IP address, device identifier, account session or usage pattern.
