Terms of use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you create an account on LIA4ALL or use the platform. By creating an account you accept them and confirm that you have read our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal data under GDPR.

01

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and LIA4ALL. They cover students, companies, schools and the staff who use a school workspace.

If you use LIA4ALL on behalf of a company or school, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organisation.

02

The service

LIA4ALL connects students, companies and schools around internships (LIA). Students build profiles and apply, companies publish internships and review applicants, and schools follow their students' placements.

LIA4ALL is not a party to any internship. We do not employ students, choose who gets a place or guarantee that an application leads to an internship. The internship itself is agreed between the student, the company and the school.

03

Your account

  • Give correct information and keep it up to date.
  • An account is personal. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
  • If your school created your account, you accept these terms the first time you sign in and choose your own password.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account.

04

Responsibilities for each role

  • Students: what you write in your profile and applications must be true and yours to share.
  • Companies: internships must be real, lawful and free from discrimination. You may only use applicants' and students' information to recruit for internships and must handle it in line with GDPR.
  • Schools: you may only invite your own students and staff, and you decide which permissions your staff have. You are responsible for how your staff use the school workspace.

05

Personal data and GDPR

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms. It explains what we collect, why, our legal bases under GDPR, how long we keep data, which service providers we use and your rights.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Companies and schools are independent controllers for the personal data they handle in their own recruitment and placement work, and are responsible for following GDPR for that data.

You decide who sees your profile: students can make their profile private and choose whether their email and phone number are shown.

06

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload, such as profile texts, files and internship listings. You give LIA4ALL the right to store and show that content on the platform so the service can work.

We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

07

What you may not do

  • Publish false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content.
  • Harass other users or send spam, including through messages.
  • Collect other users' information for purposes other than internships, or copy content from the platform automatically.
  • Try to get around security, access limits or the daily limits on applications and messages.
  • Pretend to be someone else or another organisation.

08

Fees and payment

  • Companies use LIA4ALL for free.
  • Students can use a free account with two applications per day. Student Plus is a monthly subscription paid by card through Stripe. It renews every month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time in your settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Students whose school uses LIA4ALL get full access through the school at no cost.
  • Schools pay by invoice at the price agreed with LIA4ALL in a separate agreement.
  • Campaign codes apply on the terms shown with the code, for example a limited number of uses.
  • If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. If you ask for Student Plus to start straight away and then withdraw, you may need to pay for the time you used it.

09

Availability and liability

We work to keep LIA4ALL available and secure, but we cannot promise that the platform is always free from interruptions or errors.

LIA4ALL is not responsible for internships, for decisions made by companies or schools, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last 12 months. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10

Ending your account

You can ask to delete your account at any time in your settings. We then delete or anonymise your data as described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning when that is reasonable.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we tell you by email or in the platform before they apply. If you keep using LIA4ALL after that, the new terms apply.

12

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are settled by a Swedish court. As a consumer you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@lia4all.se.
