One application is used by three parties, but they don't all see the same thing. The student should know where it stands, the company needs room to work and the school wants to support students in time.
The student follows the application
The student sees their application and a simple status: in review, interview or offer. The status only moves forward, and the student gets a notification when they reach interview or offer. The decision, accepted or not, arrives in the app and by email.
The company works through its steps
The company reads the answers, profile and attachments and moves the application between New, Reviewing, Shortlisted, Interview and Offer. Ratings, notes and tags are only for the company. A step is a working tool and doesn't replace the decision.
The school follows the placement
The school sees applications and status for its own students, the same simple status the student sees. That lets the school step in early without the company's review becoming visible.
- The student owns their profile and application.
- The company owns its assessment.
- The school follows its students' placements.
- The decision should always be clear to the student.
