Follow-up gets hard when information lives in spreadsheets, email threads and personal notes. With classes in LIA4ALL you see how each student is doing, straight from their real applications.
Group students in classes
Create a class per program or year and add the students. You can also choose classes in the invitation, so the student lands in the right place when they accept. A student can be in several classes.
See where each student stands
The class page shows where each student stands, worked out from their applications. You don't see the company's internal notes or ratings, only the same status the student sees on their applications.
- Hasn't applied yet
- Waiting for an answer
- No offer yet
- Got an internship
Share the responsibility
Assign teachers to their classes. A teacher then sees the students and applications in those classes and can message them. Coordinators see every student at the school.
Focus on the next step
Start with the students who haven't applied yet and those with no offer. Message them directly, or publish a post to the class with internships that fit. A status without a next step quickly goes stale.
