How do you find an internship?

You find an internship by combining a clear profile with a broad but relevant search. Confirm your school's dates and objectives first, then apply to several placements and show specifically why you fit each role.

01

Define what you are looking for

Write down your dates, location, preferred work mode and the tasks that fit your program. This makes it easier to choose suitable listings and approach companies that have not published a placement yet.

02

Make your skills easy to understand

Use your profile to show your education, skills and two or three relevant projects. Explain your own contribution and link to the result where possible.

  • Use a clear professional title.
  • Show when your internship period starts and ends.
  • Check that portfolio and project links work.
03

Apply regularly and follow up

Apply to several relevant placements instead of waiting for one reply. Adapt your answers to the listing and follow up professionally when the company provides a contact route. Ask your school for help early if the search stalls.
